Executive Director

Thomas joined the ASPNC team in January 2019. Sports and outdoor recreation have always been a big part of Thomas’ life and he is passionate about making these experiences possible and accessible for people of all abilities. Further, he wants to use these experiences to ultimately improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.

As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas earned a degree in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Neuroscience. He was also a member of the varsity wrestling team at Penn and earned All-Ivy Honors as well as a top-20 Division I national ranking. Following college, Thomas worked for a large healthcare company and was fortunate enough to work with several professional sports teams in Philadelphia, including the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles. He then worked for an association management company and managed several regional and national non-profit organizations. Thomas also has volunteered as a wrestling coach, as a mentor for Beat the Streets Wrestling, as an instructor for adaptive sports programs, and as event staff for Special Olympics in Pennsylvania. Thomas is excited to bring his enthusiasm and energy to ASPNC and is determined to make a positive impact in the lives of those he gets to work with.

Thomas hails from Pennsylvania and moved to the North Country with his wife, Sara, where they love living in Littleton with their puppy, Penny (Irish Setter – Poodle mix).

Michelle Reagan
Information and Finance Manager

Michelle joined the ASPNC community in 2013 as the Assistant Information and Operations Manager.  Michelle has previously worked as an online mathematics teacher for Granite State College, VLACS, and in the classroom for Haverhill Cooperative Middle School.  She has also worked in the technology field as Information Technology Director for her local school district, a manufacturing company, and an electrical engineer.  Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and her Masters in Computer Technology and Mathematics Education from Plymouth State University.  She has volunteered for several community organizations, School Board, and Bob-o-link 4-H Club.  With the combination of voluntarism and educational background, Michelle brings knowledge of technology, finance, and nonprofit operations to ASPNC to help the organization grow in both the virtual world and in the surrounding community.  To learn more about Michelle visit her website.

Matt Jeralds, CTRS/L
Recreation Therapist/Program Director

Matt, a native of Pittsburg, NH, is a 2015 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he studied Recreation Management Policy with a focus in Therapeutic Recreation. While at UNH, Matt interned at Northeast Passage and worked with their school-based recreation therapy program as well as the Veteran/Warfighter program. Matt was certified as a therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS) in 2016 and was licensed by the state later that year. He has worked as the Recreation Coordinator for Clipper Harbor Nursing Facility and as a Recreation  Therapist for Watson Fields Assisted Living. Matt believes that recreation is paramount to living a vibrant, healthy, and happy life and strives to deliver an exceptional experience to everyone he works with!
