Yoga

In addition to the wonderful physical benefits of yoga including deeper breathing, body awareness, and motor planning,

there are improved opportunities for social skills, behavioral self-regulation, improved sleep patterns and energetic alignment.  
Yoga can create a sense of peace and  oneness which supports the overall quality of our lives.
